I grew up with the Jurassic Park movies, so I had to go out and watch this. Plus, Chris Pratt was in it and that gave me more motivation to watch it. I love him.
I loved this movie. If you have seen any of the Jurassic Park movies, then I'm sure you would love this. I found it to be a nostalgic movie since I did grow up with them.
We are in an age where we are able to step up the effects in movies and boy did they ever. The dinosaurs looked great and I loved looking at each species that were a part of this movie. I don't want to go into detail with them if you haven't seen it, but there was one in the water, which is my favorite of them all besides the Raptors.
I loved the Raptors right away. Chris Pratt's character was their alpha and he cared for each of them. While they cared for him too. You could see such a connection between them all. I found it to be beautiful. Towards the end of the movie they become a bigger part of what happens.
One thing I really did love that this movie showed was that making your own dinosaur has major consequences. That you shouldn't just cook something up in a lab. You don't know what would happen and this movie showed what could.
Chris Pratt was wonderful. He has become one of my favorite actors. For the other actors and actresses, the boys and their aunt were just as wonderful. It's good to see acting done well.
Not only was this movie action packed, but also it had its comedic moments. Those moments helped make the movie better.
If you loved the Jurassic Park movies or dinosaurs in general, then I recommend that you see this. You won't regret seeing it in my own opinion. I had such a good time going out with friends to see this.
